Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Your Golden Glow At Your Golden Glow, we value your time and ours. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain our high standard of service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. - If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of 75% of the service cost will be charged. 2. No-Show Policy: - Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the service. - A "no-show" is defined as missing an appointment without canceling or rescheduling it beforehand.
